Activate your eSIM – choose your device

ℹ️ Good to know: Setting up your BuddySIM involves two steps – installing (scanning the QR code, entering the details manually or using a link) and activating (turning on data roaming and selecting the eSIM as your data line). Important: activation can only take place in your destination country – only there does the eSIM connect to the local network (except for Global or Europe bundles, since Germany also counts as a destination in that case).
Can't find your device? No problem. Setup works similarly on most devices: Settings → SIM/eSIM manager → Add eSIM, scan the QR code from our email, then enable data roaming in your destination country. If you have any questions, our support team is happy to help.
