The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

inform you of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail). You can use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification that you have exercised your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within thirty (30) calendar days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged as a result of this repayment.
Early exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in accordance with Section 356 (5) BGB if: You have expressly agreed that we may start executing the contract before the cancellation period has expired, you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal at the start of the execution of the contract and has begun execution, in particular by activating the eSIM, i.e. by connecting to a foreign mobile network (roaming).
